Family Caregiver Resource Center
This service provides part-time or intermittent nursing care as ordered by the patient’s physician for homebound patients due to disease or disability. Coordinated discharge planning with the hospitals is a valuable tool to ensure continuum of care to the citizens of Greene County. The Department continues to serve those individuals needing skilled health care services and has expanded coverage to Scott, Morgan, and Macoupin Counties.
