Teen Health Education Classes are being taught at the sixth and ninth grade levels in the Carrollton and North Greene School systems. The classes have been well received by both the school administration and the students. The classes are given in a series of five and address the topics of decision-making, values, self esteem, body image, anatomy physiology of the reproductive system, birth control and sexually transmitted diseases including AIDS. The High School classes include the use of the “Baby Think It Over” Infant simulator to give students a more realistic outlook on being a parent.
